The market motto, “Make it, bake it, grow it or sew it” is passionately observed by its dozens of farmers, producers, artisans and craftsmen who set up their stalls before first light under the shade of massive, ancient fig trees.

Sample locally grown macadamia nuts, fresh seasonal fruits or indulge in a soothing aromatherapy foot massage. See the Eumundi Roses Lady surrounded by her spectacular home grown roses and the Frangipani Man who sings to his plants. The characters of the markets are as colourful as their produce.

Watch an artisan carving a sandstone statue or take timeout under the shady trees while you listen to lively calypso or salsa tunes, or a soulful bush poet.

Meet the growers and producers at the Noosa Farmer's Market or step straight from a swim to one of the beachfront markets, cooled by gentle sea breezes. Or you can experience authentic country-style markets, where organic fruit and vegetables vie for attention with hand-dyed silks and beautifully made handicrafts.
