Palm Cove - An Idyllic Setting

You realise where all the locals live when you see Cairns relaxed northern beaches, a string of coastal communities linked by the Captain Cook Highway. The most popular is Palm Cove, an idyllic setting that encourages laziness and indulgence!

The beach has a stinger net in summer so swimming off the beach is safe. Waves lapping the shore, palm trees rustling gently and sticky, humid air make for a sultry destination. Trinity Beach is also a good choice, quieter than Palm Cove with one of Cairns’ prettiest beaches.
